Very impressed with this salon! Very professional, and Ben definately knew exactly what he was doing!!! If you need great place to get your hair cut or colored...VIVA SALON is the place to go!!! Reasonable prices and military discount too!!!

First, the customer service was above and beyond with a feeling of complete comfort. I had a good idea of what I wanted but wasn't really sure. For the first time I was able to explain and before someone began wacking away...it was explained back to me to ensure it was completely understood. It was recommended that I may want to change a few things with a very thorough explanation not only to save the condition of my hair but to save the dollars I would have to pay. The shampoo was to die for, the cut was fabulous, and the color - a new me and so natural. The cost was very reasonable. What a wonderful and glowing experience and I owe it all to a wonderful hair stylist. Thank you Roniesha for making me feel and look so glamorous!

I'd rather go bald and let my daughter do my hair then go to this chop shop salon. All the workers are rude, unprofessional and not that clean in there. So if you are looking for back alley stylist by all means check this place out, but if you are looking for professional stylist who actually know what they are doing well this isnt that place...STAY FAR AWAY

I LOVE Viva Salon, but I only go in to see one person. I have mixed hair and no one in this world can do it accept a lady name Ronnie. The very first time I went there, another lady did my hair and tried to flat iron it, but ended up letting me walk out looking like a Poodle. I was not happy! Then I heard about Ronnie there at Viva... I am mixed with Asian and Black so it is extremely hard to find anyone who can manage my hair texture. I tell you what! That Ronnie lady can do it all! She is great and the only person I will ever let touch my hair besides my own Mother. So, try her out! I refuse to see anyone else there.

Wonderful customer service, great shampoo and scalp massage, awesome cut, and the best- the PRICE! Relaxing, lots of laughs, nice location. I recommend giving them a try. (I had Roni as a stylist.)
