my family used to be under her before we started to notice that we had random fees that made no sense. when we questioned these fees, she said they were "insurance" fees. to this day, we have no clue what happened to those fees. i changed my plan to just me on my birthday and she still mails my mother my information even though i'm the primary holder of my account. i tell you, she's got her own motives and would not recommend working with her. find another state farm agent.
