My husband used Gentry's for the first time after being so dissapointed with other flower shops. I had received a 3 1/2 foot tall arrangement of red roses from Gentry's Flowers that lasted 2 weeks! The shop even called me to arrange a convenient time for delivery! The other shops that we used just left the flowers on the porch to fall over from the wind or freeze. I am very impressed with their quality and professionalism.

This shop has been around for 25+ years and my whole family uses Gentry's. They are honest, reliable people that give so much to the community. I was in Gentry's one day buying flowers for my house and happened to mention an appreciation party for the volunteers of The Red Cross. They gave me gift certificates to give to the volunteers to show their appreciation for all the help that The Red Cross has been giving to the Community. In these days of desperate times, It's the local small businesses that give and care the most.

I recently ordered a large, airy and unusual arrangement to be sent to a Grand Opening VIP Party and was extremely disappointed with what I received. It was 80% greens along with rose "hips" and 2-3 lillies. I even provided the large container so the bulk of the $110 could be used towards flowers and included a $10 delivery. After speaking to one of the co-owners Twice, there was no mention of trying to correct the problem. I will never order from Gentry's again and will make sure my friends in the community know about this horrible experience. I have lived in the Springs for 30 yrs. Very poor customer service!

We had a great experience working with Marie at Gentry's. She had creative ideas, and really listened to what we were thinking. She was very reasonably priced as well. The flowers were delivered fresh and stayed beautiful all through the ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend using Gentry's.

Gentry's created such beautiful wedding flowers for me! They are very creative and have the freshest flowers! They worked with my budget and created something that was stylish AND unique. I had so many compliments! The personalized service was fantastic and I would reccomend them to everyone.
