When Should My Child First See A Dentist?
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that your child see a pediatric dentist 6 months after the first tooth appears or no later than his/her first birthday.

I have searched for an orthodontist and been to several. Each one wanted to charge me for x-rays and pictures of my daughter depsite us just needing to find out if she needed braces. We went to Dr. Erickson and he took x-rays, molds, pictures at no charge and then took his time with us to explain everything that needed to be done in detail. He never rushed us and answered any question I had and made sure to ask if I had any other questions. Where the other otho docs charge for every little thing he does not and makes sure to work with you on a payment plan that you could afford. He doesn't do anything more than what exactly needs to be done, so as not to waste your money and time with making you pay for something that will not help.
